How should I prepare for my treatment?
Preparation varies by treatment. Please check your confirmation email for specific instructions on how to prepare for your scheduled service. When in doubt, please reach out to Morgan with any questions.

Where should I park at the Linden Hills studio?
Street parking is available. You may also park in the Great Harvest lot next to the building. The studio entrance is located on Upton Ave S, under the red awning.

Do I tip at the end of my treatment?
Morgan believes in transparent pricing, so tips are not expected after your treatment. However, if you feel inclined to tip, cash is always appreciated.

What is the cancellation policy?
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% charge of the service fee. No-shows will be charged the full amount.

What skincare products do you use during treatments?
Morgan uses high-quality, clean, professional-grade products tailored to your skin's needs during treatments. If you have specific preferences or allergies, please let Morgan know in your consultation form.

Can I book multiple treatments in one visit?
Yes, some treatments can be combined in a single visit. For treatments that complement each other, you’ll see an “add-on” option when booking. Feel free to reach out to Morgan for personalized recommendations.
